Your appointments are very important to us at Style, it is reserved especially for you. Confirmation SMS Reminder ~ As a courtesy, SMS reminders are sent out upon booking an appointment and a day before the appointment to confirm your service appointments and to remind you of your appointment date and time. We understand sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances rescheduling is necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellations. Please understand that when you reschedule, cancel or forgot your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list missing the opportunity to receive services. And it is a fact that "no show, no call" is killing businesses everywhere. Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments less then 24hrs prior to the appointment slot would result in the client losing a session off their packages and in the case of new clients, it's the right for future advance booking of appointment more then 24hrs. We would not accept any booking from anyone after a no call no show. Salon Cancels Appointments ~ Style by Louis & Co. stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same policies to our clients, if in any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointment scheduled; we will honour 50% off on your next service. But, if the cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment. The 50% discount will not apply. Baby-Friendly Salon ~ Style is a baby-friendly, breastfeeding friendly environment, but we ask that mobile children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety.
